A place for coming together, learning, sharing & connection. This space was created to empower, educate and better the people and communities around us with a heart led approach. Essential Estuary is named in reference to the mouth of the river as it meets the ocean – the eco system and health of an estuary determines the health of both the river and the sea. As with the human connection, blockages and isolation lead to an unhealthy stagnant environment. With the right tools and knowledge, our aim is to enrich communities and give a heart centered voice that allows for the ripples of hope to cascade.
