Tiffany
I'm Tiffany, and I'm delighted to share a bit about who I am and what drives me.
I wear many hats — proud mother to a military son, devoted wife to a car enthusiast, and loving guardian of Dexter, our cherished fur baby. I’m also an integral member of my agricultural family on the Eyre Peninsula. Professionally, my journey spans both government and private sectors, where I've led transformative projects, from spearheading change management in customer contact centers to championing the inclusion of women in public water and waste services at SA Water. My commitment to advocating for my peers has driven significant change in traditionally male-dominated fields, helping pave the way for women to excel.
My entrepreneurial spirit led me to co-found a metal fabrication business, which has since become a leading firm in South Australia. Despite starting with limited knowledge of tender processes, my strategic approach and determination enabled us to secure major contracts, including the prestigious tender for the Uni SA West Campus. In 2007, driven by a desire for personal and professional growth, I retrained as a social worker and counselor. My work in guardianship, youth disability, and mental health underscores my dedication to advocacy and support.
Navigating the complexities of the NDIS, I recognized the need for clearer, more accessible support for participants, which inspired my drive for broader social reform. Today, I am deeply involved in mental health and disability advocacy, committed to fostering community and effecting positive change.
When I'm not immersed in my professional pursuits, I indulge in my love for reading — both fiction and biographies.
My faith has grown significantly in recent years, providing me with a sanctuary for quiet reflection and spiritual growth. It supports my daily life and reconnects me with my studies in Church History and Religion.
Traveling and experiencing diverse cultures have always fascinated me, and my first solo trip abroad at 18 ignited a lifelong passion for exploring new ideas and philosophies. This passion continues to evolve and inspire me today.
I believe in the goodness of humanity and am a staunch advocate for the underdog. As a loyal friend, I cherish meaningful discussions about the mind, body, and intellect, as well as sharing recipes and stories.

Havening: I am on the cusp of completing my certification and will be opening my books for havening spots in June. This is very exciting and has been on my heart for 4 years. Back then the training was not available in Australia. Timing is everything and this beautiful practice has simmered away in the background and supported my own nervous system through so many things. Even more exciting is that now I can start talking about it with my clients!!
