Jilungin has long been used as a traditional sleep aid by the Nyul Nyul community.
Passionflower and Lemon Balm have been proven to improve sleep quality via their sedative action while reducing nervous restlessness.
We also included Prebiotics, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6 to support relaxation and promote the production of melatonin (the sleep hormone).

This product has an 18 months shelf life.
How to Use
Mix 6g (1 spoon) into 200ml of chilled or heated milk of your choice and enjoy 30 minutes before bed.

Quandong is wild-harvested by Indigenous communities in South Australia.
